Whether you're taking baby steps or giant leaps back into your fitness routine — we want you to know that, wherever you're at, we're ready to go, and we're here to support you, every step and leap along the way.

14-day free trial
We understand that after a year of lockdowns, many of our members may feel a little unsure about jumping straight back into their old fitness routine. We'd like to help you build back your confidence, take a good look at all of the hygiene and safety measures we've put in place and, ask our team members about any concerns you may have. As a member who has yet to return, you can claim 14 days' trial access to our facilities at zero cost, simply get in touch to activate. If you then find that you're not quite ready to come back, we fully understand. Memberships can remain frozen for up to six months. Trials must be started by 14th May.

To activate your trial, simply find your gym to call and speak to a member of the team who will provide you with further instructions.
