We're got a whole range of courses coming up, and there's something suited to everyone. Courses are a great way to keep active and social, whilst improving your skills and confidence in the relevant area. All of our courses are run by qualified instructors who are ready to lend a hand help you reach your goals!
Rig Strength Training
A four-week course is ideal for those looking to improve their knowledge and technique using TRX and cable machines. Learn the basic skills and how the kit is best suited to your ability, and leave feeling more confident when training!

Kettlebells
A four-week, functional course to help you improve your technique when lifting kettlebells and learn how to move your body in different ways. The course will be split into 4x30-minute sessions.

Power Training
Want to improve your lifting technique? This course is weight lifting based, and is designed for those wanting to improve their technique on main compound lifts and gain more confidence whilst training. It will be split into four x 30 minute sessions, every Thursday for four weeks.
The course will primarily focus on bar work such as:
- Squats
- Clean and jerk
- Deadlifts
- and much more!
