A cardiovascular fitness boxing class with non-contact boxing combinations – high intensity & fun!

Who's it for Everyone, whatever your size, shape or sex. Remember, every boxer will have started from ground level, so anyone and everyone can work their way up to a good level of fitness.

How it moves It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports-specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing.
