Cardio-based, total body conditioning programme that is based on 'max interval training'. Insanity's formula combines lengthier periods of high-intensity exercise with short cool downs. Get the results you have always wanted!!

Who's it for Insanity is not for the fainthearted! However, if you want to see amazing results fast this is the class for you. Just remember to bring your game face and lots of water!

How it moves You work flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It's called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt.

The results This class will have you burning calories and seeing insane muscle shaping results from the first class.
