Kettlebells are used to improve overall functional strength, flexibility, co-ordination and can provide a great cardiovascular workout as well.

Who's it for Suitable for all levels of fitness, so if its your first time trying a kettlebell workout, don't worry, as the instructor will be on hand to guide you and show you the way.
