We have really appreciated your patience during our centre closures. Whilst we're getting ready to re-open, we want to make sure that you're able to get the most from your membership online and need you to complete the form below with your email address. Our records show that our messages cannot reach your current email address because it's out of date or invalid.

Why do we need your email address?

From re-opening, all activities at centres will need to be booked in advance. It is only possible to book online or via our app if your email address is linked to your Places Leisure account. Our centres will be managing a high volume of calls during this time so booking online or via our app will be the most convenient way for you to access sessions.

Providing your email address also gives you a whole host of other benefits and allows you to:

  • Receive updates on your centre's re-opening
  • Book classes or sessions in advance via our website or free app
  • Manage your membership, including your payments and contact preferences
  • Use the Places Locker Virtual Studio on our app, giving you access to 100+ workouts to do at home
  • Receive relevant updates, only if you choose to opt in to receive our communications

What happens next?

Once you complete this form, you'll receive an email in the next few days. It will ask you to register for our membership portal so that you can manage your membership and book sessions online. Please follow the instructions in this email: you will not be able to book online or access the app if you don't complete this step. Once registered, you can also book sessions through the Places Locker app and access the Places Locker Virtual Studio.

You'll soon start to receive communications from us about re-opening. 

What happens if you aren’t able to provide an email address?

You can still book your sessions in advance but you’ll need to telephone the centre or visit the centre and book at reception. We would recommend calling us to book as the preferred method as you can do that from the safety and comfort of your own home. Please be aware that our centres will be managing a high volume of calls and so booking online may be more convenient.
