We have been working hard to create a safe place for you to get active, find out more about our re-opening activities

Open 7-days a week, we help fit your fitness around your schedule. With something for everyone, our gym benefits from the latest equipment in a fully refurbished, state-of-the-art environment. You can even wind-down post-workout with a smoothie or cuppa in our café area. We have free WiFi plus plenty of parking.
