Places Gym Telford


At Places Gym Telford, work up a sweat at a cool cost. Our gym is setup with over 100 pieces of the latest gym equipment, designated cardio and free weights zones and a sauna. In addition to gym access, you will have access to over 40 fitness classes.

Our gym also features a ladies only section. Opening times for the ladies only section are:
  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 12:00, 16:00 - 19:00
  • Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 - 15:00

  • You will be able to find the perfect membership to suit you, whether you are a first timer or a gym regular. We want you to join in with us and move more!

    Classes your thing? Our pulse pumping classes are suitable for all abilities, so step into over 40 instructor-led classes every week, including the latest Les Mills classes and group cycling.
