At Places Gym Telford, work up a sweat at a cool cost. Our gym is setup with over 100 pieces of the latest gym equipment, designated cardio and free weights zones and a sauna. In addition to gym access, you will have access to over 40 fitness classes.

Our gym also features a ladies only section. Opening times for the ladies only section are:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 12:00, 16:00 - 19:00
Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 - 15:00

You will be able to find the perfect membership to suit you, whether you are a first timer or a gym regular. We want you to join in here with us and move more!
