Our gym top tips...

Wear suitable clothing and footwear

It doesn't have to be the latest pair of trainers, just something that's practical for working out

Limit distractions while using equipment

This includes mobile phones and loud music. It's an accident waiting to happen! 

Use the lockers provided for your bag and personal items

Most of our centres require a padlock or token. Speak to a member of the Fitness team to find out more. 

Don't drop the weights; re-rack them when you're done

This helps our Fitness team maintain a tidy, safe environment for our customers. 

Cut your time on popular kit

Especially during peak hours, so everyone can get active! 

Calling all Junior members

Make sure to follow all exercise programme advice given by our fitness team

We ask that our customers only use Places Leisure affiliated PTs

Our affiliated PTs have a wealth of knowledge to help you achieve your goals, big or small.

Bring a towel and wipe down equipment after use

This helps our Fitness team maintain a clean, hygienic environment for our customers.
