#imovedathome

We know it's tricky staying active while our centres are closed so we're working hard with all our great partners to bring you fantastic activities and offers to help you keep moving at home.

Here's a summary of what's currently available - it's changing all the time, so keep an eye on this page, our emails and social media pages for any updates.

Places Locker workout of the week
Each week our fitness team are adding 5 new Workouts of the Week into the Places Locker app, all of which can be done from home so that you’ll have loads to keep you active. There’s a great variety of workouts, including core, strength, cardio & stretch. You will also find a 'Keep Moving' workout designed specifically for older adults.

Places Locker also has an inbuilt GPS function so if you are able to get out and about you can record and track your walking, running and cycling activities too.

Les Mills workouts
Les Mills has generously allowed us to give you temporary access to 100+ free workouts via our app. So, if you’re not able to get to your regular class, don’t despair!

There’s all the favourites like SH'BAM, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE and BODYPUMP as well as the BORN TO MOVE workouts for children 4 to 16 years, and the post-partum series to help new mothers get back to exercise safely.

You can access the Les Mills collection as well as our own Workouts of the Week, directly from our FREE Places Locker app – simply download it from the App store or Google Play if you don’t have it already. If you’re a member, don’t forget to use the same email address to link it to your account and capture your Moves.
