As the current lockdown thankfully draws near to ending, we’re really pleased to let you know that we will re-open on 2nd December.
We can’t wait to see you again. Here’s all you need to know about how things will work when we re-open. Some of it is the same as before, some is different, and the Government’s tier system means that local restrictions apply to certain activities, including group exercise, so please take the time to read the following information and
our re-opening FAQs for more detail.
As ever, we have been working really hard to provide a clean and safe environment for you and our staff. To ensure social distancing and revised capacities, all activities continue to be on a pre-booked basis. Please book via the timetables on our website or the app before coming to the gym to avoid a wasted journey. Sessions are available to book online now.
Payments and frozen memberships
If you had previously frozen your membership, this will continue when we re-open. Otherwise, all memberships will resume.
If you aren’t ready to come back to the gym just yet, you can suspend your membership a little longer; please do so at least 5 days prior to the day your direct debit is normally collected to avoid your first payment being taken.
For more information, visit the Membership payments section of our FAQs.
