Your membership

As your annual membership expired just before we closed, we thought you might like the chance to renew it now we’re opening again. If so, please come to the gym and speak to a member of the team as soon as possible in the next 30 days to reactivate your membership.

Important changes

We’d like to tell you about some important changes we’ve made in the gym to make things work smoothly and safely when you return.


The most important change is that all sessions (gym and classes) should be pre-booked via the Places Locker app or our website, so you will need to be registered for booking. As we do not have a valid email address for you on file, please complete the form linked below.


Register for booking


If you responded to a recent SMS from us asking for your email address, you should have received an email to confirm it has been added to your membership. Please continue with the booking registration process online.

We have been working really hard to ensure our cleaning and social distancing measures provide a safe environment for you and our staff. From deep cleans to limiting capacity, there’s a lot going on, so please read our FAQs to learn more.
