Following the Government’s announcement that gyms can re-open from 25 July, we’d like to let you know of our own plans. Our team has been working tirelessly in order that the operation of our gyms meet all the conditions that the government and Public Health England require. Unfortunately, your gym isn’t re-opening just yet. We will contact you again as soon as we know more and you can also keep up to date with our most recent re-opening information on social media and on our re-opening hub.
We’d like to reassure you that your membership remains frozen for now. We will be in touch in advance of the gym re-opening to explain when your membership will be reactivated and the specific billing arrangements. If you’re not sure about returning immediately, you will be able to continue to suspend your membership and we’ll let you know how you can do that too.
When the gym does re-open, please remember that you will need to pre-book a gym or class session via the Places Locker app or our website so you will need to be registered for booking. This is so that we control the capacity of our centres and ensure social distancing. As we do not have a valid email address for you on file, please complete the form linked below.
If you responded to a recent SMS from us asking for your email address, you should have received an email to confirm it has been added to your membership. Please continue with the booking registration process online.
Please remember you can continue to enjoy the free virtual workouts on Places Locker app from the comfort of your home until the gym re-opens – and even after it does!
We look forward to welcoming you back to our place again as soon as possible.
