We're sorry that many of you will have experienced booking issues last week. We’ve deployed all our resources to resolve the situation and online booking are once again available through the website and Places Locker.

We continue to monitor the performance of the system and in the event of any further issues, bookings are available by calling your gym. We’ll keep you updated through our website, Places Locker app and Facebook.

We’ve received such positive feedback on the reassuring environment that we’ve put in place to welcome you back to our gyms, we can only apologise that you’ve experienced these issues at a time when pre-booking was in place for all activities. We know this isn’t good enough for you.

Thank you for your patience and to our teams whilst bookings were made over the phone. Those bookings will be viewable in your member area as a reminder of what you've booked, with an option to cancel if required.
