I am a firm believer in repetition and consistency over everything else, coming to the gym and working hard should be something you look forward to, not something you feel you must do!

I have been interested and involved in sports for as long as I can remember, specifically rugby and football. I love the competition and comradery which come with team sports.

I became a PT due to my love of sport and everything which comes with it! Competing and overcoming obstacles - either as part of a team, or on your own - is something which is deeply ingrained within me.
