I have been interested and involved in sports for as long as I can remember, specifically rugby and football. I love the competition and comradery that comes with team sports.

I am currently the coach for QMU women’s rugby team and play rugby for Lismore RFC.
My training style incorporates a lot of sports specific functional movement. I believe in repetition and consistency in training over everything else, exercise should be something you look forward to and enjoy, not something you feel you must do!
Advise for beginners
