Start with one thing at a time, nutrition or your training. Make small changes in the gym and at home and it'll lead to bigger changes.
Deadlift - it's a great exercise to work all muscle groups and makes you think more on the mind to muscle connection and there's a large variety of ways to do these.
Group cycling or box - it's really good for an intense cardio session to mix up your workouts and push yourself harder than you might if you was on your own.
