Over the past 5 years I've worked in various gyms. This has given me the opportunity to improve my knowledge and gain experience with a range of clients. I've worked with people that have health conditions such as: pacemakers, high blood pressure, arthritis, lower back issues and many more.
I specialise in weight management, whether that be weight loss or weight and muscle gain.
Through my gymnastics background I also specialise on improving flexibility and core training. I believe that anyone can achieve their goals by having the extra support and I will always provide that for my clients.
With a programme personalised and tailored to you matched with nutritional advice/plan, any goal can be reached and I'll put all of my passion and dedication in to see you progress and achieve your goals.
Advice for beginners
Start with one thing at a time, nutrition or your training. Make small changes in the gym and at home and it'll lead to bigger changes.
Favourite exercise and why?
Deadlift - it's a great exercise to work all muscle groups and makes you think more on the mind to muscle connection and there's a large variety of ways to do these.
Favourite class and why?
Group cycling or box - it's really good for an intense cardio session to mix up your workouts and push yourself harder than you might if you was on your own.
