Be consistent, you wont see any changes unless you make the changes to your lifestyle or diet and stick to them. It wont happen overnight but all the hard work and effort is worth it in the end!
My favourite exercise and the best exercise invented in my opinion is the deadlift! It works the most muscles of any exercise and has so many benefits for everyday life. Plus they are hard as nails!
