have been a PT for 3 years and have a great knowledge and understanding of resistance/weight training, body transformations, nutrition and fat loss for all body types and ages.

Resistance training: I have been weight training since I was 15 years old and have gained my knowledge along the years from all different kinds of people from competitive bodybuilders to fitness professionals to ensure my clients are given the best advice and programming so they can achieve their goals quickly, efficiently and safely.

Body Transformations: During my career as a Personal Trainer and online coach I have helped my clients transform their bodies and achieve their goals not just physically but mentally, helping them change their mind sets to implement small changes into their lifestyles that make the biggest difference to their physique and general wellbeing.

Nutrition and fat loss: Nutrition and fat loss go hand in hand and the way that I help my client understand their own nutrition and their own food choices ensures that they accomplish their fat loss goals without any crazy or crash diets that are hard to follow and even harder to stick to in the long term.
Advice for beginners

Be consistent, you wont see any changes unless you make the changes to your lifestyle or diet and stick to them. It wont happen overnight but all the hard work and effort is worth it in the end!

Favourite exercise and why

My favourite exercise and the best exercise invented in my opinion is the deadlift! It works the most muscles of any exercise and has so many benefits for everyday life. Plus they are hard as nails!

Favourite class and why

HIIT or Circuits as they are both really high intensity classes where I can push you to and beyond your limits every session. They are so versatile you can throw any exercises in or change the format to suit the goals of the clients.
