I have always been interested in my own personal fitness and qualified as a Personal Trainer three years ago.

It's always good to set goals and I achieved mine when I cycled unsupported from my home in Sussex to Marseilles in the south of France!

I am qualified for the GP exercise referral program and have a special interest in diabetes management. Exercise should be fun and not a task to be endured!

Favourite exercise and why?

Burpee with Push-Up - Not only is this a challenge for the cardiovascular system, it also challenges all the major muscle groups (either as stabilisers or dynamically) in a full-body integrated movement. It helps to develop endurance and strength.

Favourite class and why?

Super functional training - This is a high intensity class that provides both cardiovascular and resistance training. It's a massive challenge and people who take part generally love it and leave fully pumped!
