Before moving into the fitness industry I worked as a professional ballet dancer in both the UK and European countries, working and training with both the Scottish Ballet and The English National Ballet.

With a fun attitude towards fitness and easy to approach, I am passionate and driven by helping people to become the best version of themselves, whatever there goals are.

I will use my extensive experience with the body combined with fitness to achieve whatever your desired goals are, whether it be for health or pure aesthetics.
