I discovered my passion for health and fitness at a very young age through Rollerblading and Martial Arts.

I take pride in helping people achieve their goals and helping them become the strongest version of themselves. My focus is on health first. A strong heart, efficient cardiovascular system, good posture, correct exercise technique and educating you to be independent and comfortable in the gym environment on your own take top priority with me.

Whether your goal is to build lean muscle mass, enhance sport specific performance, look and feel good on the beach (yes that is a good goal too) or just simply wanting to improve the quality of your every day life, I can help you.

Circuit Training - If I had to pick one way to exercise this would be it. Circuit Training is multifaceted you can incorporate any exercise (regress or progress them) and work on multiple goals at once, all in a relatively short space of time. You don’t even need any equipment and it can be performed in a very small area.
