I've been working within the fitness industry for over 3 years now, as well as continuing my studies in sport at university.

Having always been enthusiastic towards fitness, as well as a keen runner, I've taken part in a variety of fitness events and competitions, and event once represented Scotland in a cross-country race.

Running is my speciality, but I have a range of knowledge in cardio, overall fitness and other specific sports. I'm able to tailor fitness programmes to suit your needs and push you towards reaching your goal.
