I have been a qualified and successful personal trainer for two years. Over that time I have honed my skills mainly in the functional fitness areas both one on one and in large groups.
I have a 10 year background in mixed martial arts, starting with boxing and moving on to wrestling, Brazilian jujitsu, kickboxing, Muay Thai, judo and more.
After serving 4 years in the Royal navy I spent the majority of my 20’s training in different gyms across Sheffield and beyond so I decided to make a career out of it. It was the best decision of my life!
I have gained a fantastic client base and managed to maintain a structured training program for myself and clients by focusing on group functional fitness, one on one personal training and small group training. I am now expanding and also concentrating on box fit, weight loss, strength training, boxing, beginners mixed martial arts and increasing mobility for all.
Competing mainly in mixed martial arts until 2013, I am once again fighting regularly and enjoying challenging myself as an individual as well as a trainer. I’m constantly trying to better myself in the gym and the kitchen I will often pass over extra tips and advice to clients and members.
