As an experienced personal trainer specialising in one to one and small group training, with a proven record of assisting clients achieve their goals, I can offer a wide variety of structured workouts during a personal training session, when by yourself in the gym or at home. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, improve fitness, tone up, build muscle or gain personal knowledge to use in a gym environment, I have an extensive client base past and present who have achieved all the above.
After serving in the Royal Navy, I went on to spend the next 10 years competing in and coaching mixed martial arts while honing my career as a personal trainer. You can usually find me on the gym floor putting clients through strength and conditioning routines, in the functional area doing boxing workouts or in the main studio running boxfit classes for the Places Gym members.
I also offer a personalised APP to support you when I’m not around which includes workout routines at home or in the gym, nutritional support, whether its logging food diary’s or receiving meal plans, tracking your weight and measurements all included within the price of personal training sessions.
Advise for beginners
It’s always good to have a goal to try and achieve but don’t forget to set loads of little goals along the way to help get you there.
