I am a sport enthusiast looking to share my passion for fitness with other people.

My programmes are bespoke and tailored to meet my clients needs and goals. I love to help my clients feel more confident within themselves and training in a gym environment; so whether you are a beginner or advanced, I can be the PT to pass on valuable knowledge or to push you to achieve your goals.

I am also an experienced horse rider, that I do along side of the gym; which gives me variety and balance to my training. I also encourage my clients to have a similar training balance.

My advice to beginners, set small achievable goals- this way, you are able to see your progress more clearly, which will motivate you to keep going.

My favourite exercise is definitely cable kick backs!! These predominantly target the glutes, which are the biggest, and usually, the strongest muscle in your body. Strong glutes don’t only look good, but they serve an important purpose. Weak glutes don’t only impact your physical performance but your day to day life too.

Boxfit has to be my favourite class! This class is a brilliant fat burner and a great way to have fun whilst doing exercise and I love how any gender, age or ability can exceed in this class!
