I started out as a Taekwondo instructor over seven years ago where I have helped a wide range of people – from complete beginners to international competitors – progress, develop and achieve their goals. I became a personal trainer to help even more people experience that same sense of achievement. I help people face the challenge of what they believe they can’t do and turn them into what they can do, be it a spinning kick to the head or their first push-up.

I have also taken a keen interest in helping people with medical conditions or injuries. I know firsthand how debilitating an injury can be to your everyday life and the importance of regaining that sense of normalcy not just for everyday activities but in your own self. Working with me, I can help you manage your condition or injury and regain your life back.

If you're curious to see what I'm like in person you can also find me teaching several Bodycombat, Bodypump, and spin classes throughout the week.
