I am a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and I hold Level 2 in Health and Nutrition & Level 2 in Diabetes Care & Management.

I am currently working towards Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, Level 3 Supporting Pre + Postnatal Clients with Exercise & Nutrition & Level 4 in Nutrition.

I have always been passionate about health & wellness and it was always a dream of mine to join fitness industry to be able to share my knowledge and help others.

Battling some health problems from a very young age (gastritis at the age of 5 and being diagnosed with back scoliosis at 8) meant that I had to learn about food and nutrition and be very conscious about what was going on my plate as well as exercise regularly to prevent any more back issues.

However life happens and a few years back I have slipped from my routine and my health as well as fitness went down the hill. It was then when I realised I want to dedicate my time to getting proper education not only to get back on track myself but also to help and support others in their wellness journey.
Favourite exercise

It is really hard just to pick one! But if I had to choose just one it would be good old squat, since there are at least 40 different variations! Bodyweight, dumbbells, kettle bells, barbell, weights, polymeric.

Favourite class

HIIT & Circuits! They are both high intensity and great for burning off energy while you’re having fun. They are also super versatile and can be done with or without gym equipment.


I specialise in plant based nutrition and I love developing home made wholesome recipes including protein shakes and energy bars to help you survive hardest training sessions.
