I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer & Pre + Postnatal Trainer. I am also certified in Health + Nutrition including Vegan and Vegetarian Nutrition & Diabetes Care + Management, and currently studying Level 4 in Nutrition for Physical Activity + Sport.

From a very young age, fitness had always been a big part of my life and I always stayed physically active throughout my life, whether through training at the gym/home, playing basketball or tennis, swimming or doing yoga + Pilates.

It is really hard just to pick one! But if I had to choose just one it would be good old squat, since there are at least 40 different variations! Bodyweight, dumbbells, kettle bells, barbell, weights, polymeric.

HIIT & Circuits! They are both high intensity and great for burning off energy while you’re having fun. They are also super versatile and can be done with or without gym equipment.


I specialise in plant based nutrition and I love developing home made wholesome recipes including protein shakes and energy bars to help you survive hardest training sessions.
