Previously from the education sector, I always strive to ensure everyone uses their abilities to access opportunities available to them. Changes come from within.

The desire to really want to achieve starts with you. I have proven that if you believe in me, I will help you believe in yourself and you will get the results you deserve.

YOU put the hard work in, I WILL guide you to achieve through personalised nutrition and exercise coaching both in the gym, online or in your home.

I have enjoyed working with and helping change people’s lives for the better for the last 38 years and have always been very active and passionate about fitness. Some of my achievements include being the first/only girl to ever represent my school football team. I also won and defend Area Judo championships titles over 2 decades at different weight categories and to represent my county and country internationally.

So, being part of a team and supporting and encouraging individuals to be the very best they can be, beyond their own self-belief, has been key in my own journey.

I am constantly striving to improve myself and continue to increase my skills, so as I may share them with others. I am passionate about health, internal and external well-being, from both the physiological and physical aspects of life.

Some areas of my expertise include: Personal trainer level 3 Sports massage therapist level 4 sports injury and stroke rehabilitation/ recovery, trigger point therapy, myofascial, soft and connective tissue release. Pre & post natal coaching, exercise referral, falls prevention , fat loss and nutrition, strength and conditioning.

Make sure that you are suitably kitted out and have a clear understanding of how to use the equipment in the gym
