My goal is to help as many people as I can to move better, feel better and ultimately get more out of their time on this planet.
When it comes to fitness, I take an all round approach but strength training is my main passion. I help clients discover what a solid foundation of strength brings us - joint protection, better posture, less aches and pains, more confidence and a greater understanding of ourselves, both physically and mentally.
As a coach, I pride myself on making clients of all ages and abilities feel safe, supported and empowered. I make sure time spent exercising is also time spent having a bloody good laugh! Whilst I'll coach and guide you through a programme tailored specifically to you and your needs, I'll also equip you with knowledge around exercise, nutrition and simply living well. You will also be armed with the knowledge and skills to be able to fend for yourself outside of our time together in the gym.
As a new client, I will always meet you where you are on your fitness journey. Whether you are a complete beginner or somebody looking to take their training to the next level. I’ll be here to listen to you, support you and motivate you, every step of the way.
