I’m a level 3 personal trainer with over a years experience within the fitness industry.

Within this time I have worked with people from all different types of backgrounds with different types of goals. I’m a friendly, approachable guy who’s happy to answer any questions.

My passion in fitness has always been there from playing rugby league since I was young.

I just graduated university where I studied Sports and Exercise Science, which accelerated my dedication and knowledge within the industry even more. My passion in fitness is observing form and working on technique as I feel this is important for many reasons. I also love testing one rep maxes, as I enjoy seeing people’s increase in strength.

Favourite Exercise

Deadlift as I feel it is basically an all rounder as it works multiple muscle groups and I just like lifting stuff off the floor

Favourite Class

Circuits, as you can do varied exercises which can suit the goals for the individual incorporate any exercise (regress or progress them) and work on multiple goals at once, all in a relatively short space of time. You don’t even need any equipment and it can be performed in a very small area.

Everybody was a beginner at one point, so don’t be afraid to ask questions about anything. Also try out different styles of training as you may find something you love which you may have not thought about
