My name is Lewis, I’m one of the PT’s here at Places Gym.
I offer 1-2-1 sessions, small group training, training programmes and nutritional plans.
I can tailor everything to your specific needs, whether it is a rapid transformation, a long term lifestyle change or simply to build your knowledge and experience in the gym.
My specialist areas are CrossFit & Olympic Weightlifting, High Intensity training, Weight Training and Bootcamp style training.

Advice for beginners

Keep it simple, try and move more, change small elements of your diet, don’t try and overhaul your diet. Stay away from diet pills & shakes, avoid fad diets, and don’t compare yourself to people on Instagram!
