I consider myself to be very friendly and down to earth and enjoy nothing more than interacting with members on the gym floor. I think I not only speak for myself, but the whole team in saying we would much rather be engaging and interacting with you, than sat in the office on the phone or replying to emails, so always feel free to ask for help, its why we are here and what we love to do! I have 16 years experience in the fitness industry starting off as a fitness instructor / personal trainer after completing my qualifications.
After graduating from Edge Hill University studying Sports & Exercise Sciences I progressed my way into management securing my first general manager role around 25 years of age.

I really thrive on seeing the club progress with members becoming more active, enjoying working out in the gym and the whole community becoming more active because of the teams work both in the gym and out in the area.

I am passionate about health and fitness and creating a club that is welcoming and fun by building relationships with members and a positive training environment where you feel comfortable to train no matter what your ability or fitness level. We as a team are so happy to see so many of you train here and if you have any questions, we are an open team and always happy to help, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Advice for beginners

There is no substitute for hard work, always strive for progress no matter how small the steps.

I enjoy skipping, something that is so simple… once you get the hang of it, yet so effective.

Favourite class and why

I really enjoy the HIIT classes, they are so diverse and can be amended for all fitness levels, and some of the most effective HIIT workouts involve no equipment whatsoever 
