Make sure that when you start you do everything in moderation! Change takes time, so embrace and accept that! Healthy habits take time to develop but lead to lifelong improvements.
My favourite exercise is the burpee because they help improve all elements of fitness and whilst people think they are difficult, they give you such a sense of satisfaction when you've achieved them!
My favourite class is a HIIT Class because I enjoy the diversity of the exercises and it’s easily adapted to all abilities and needs. HIIT classes are great for fat-burning, improving cardiovascular fitness and strength and speed up your metabolism.
