Sport and fitness has been part of my life since I can remember. As a child I took part in athletics and swimming, but it wasn't until I went to secondary school I found my feet and love for rugby.

You might be looking to run a marathon, to fit into your perfect wedding dress or even looking to compete or improve your sports performance. A training plan will be designed to suit you and you only.

Exercises will be broken down, explained and demonstrated. The correct warm up, stretching and cool down will be done together in each session. Free nutrition advice, and monthly meeting check-ins to track progress are all part of your package. Finally, I cannot stress this enough, communication between any client and a PT is key.

Advice for beginners

Have a goal. It doesn't matter how big or small… Work toward something. Do it for yourself and nobody else. Make it a lifestyle that suits you, start small and grow.

Favourite exercise and why?

Squats… Often called the king of exercises, and for good reason. Squats work the largest muscles in the body, the thighs, and so they not only stimulate serious gains in muscular size and strength but also provide a systemic metabolic stimulation that seems to encourage even upper-body growth.

Favourite class and why?

HIIT/circuit classes. They are high intensity to help improve endurance, fitness, strength and overall performance. They always include a variety of exercises from full body to keep the body working. No HIIT or circuit class is the same which makes them so beneficial.
