Advice for beginners

Find an exercise or class that will allow you to work to your own ability. Don't push too hard too soon.

Favourite exercise and why?

Body weight triceps dips are a personal favourite as it's a challenging exercise using your whole body weight. Plus its a great bingo wing buster!

Favourite class and why?

Body Attack is so much fun and has a great variety of exercises. You workout in ways you couldn't in the gym and there is a workout level for everyone.
