I have been a PT for 10 years and have vast knowledge in Strength Training, Body Transformation/Body Building and Fat Loss.

Strength Training: I am a qualified BWLA (British Weight Lifting Association) Instructor. I run regular strength training programmes that focus on either technique or pure strength gains. The knowledge I give my clients also helps them feel more comfortable and confident when working out within the gym environment.

Body Transformation: As competitive Body Builder I have an immense amount of knowledge that I pass onto my clients, both on 1-2-1 sessions or as part of my In-Shape group programmes. This knowledge involves Nutritional Advice, Training Techniques and help in changing bad habits into good habits.

Fat Loss: With my Diplomas in Nutrition and Vegetarian & Vegan Nutrition, I assist my clients by giving out sensible, evidence-based advice to help them reach their goals. My In-Shape programme covers all these specialities and I have seen some remarkable results.
Advice for beginners

Don’t be afraid to keep it simple and ask questions. Technique, diet, nutrition and rest are all equally important as training.

Favourite exercise and why

I love training legs!! So, it’s got to be Walking Lunges – one of the best exercises for the Quads, Hamstrings and Glutes. Great for muscle building with resistance and CV Fitness!!

Favourite class and why

Circuits – You can do so much with them, make them either sport specific or for just general fitness/strength. Any equipment in the gym can be utilised or none at all, body weight exercises are simple and very effective!!
