I have been in the fitness industry for around 7 years now and love every minute of it!

I qualified as a personal trainer when I was 18, since then I have built up my qualifications and knowledge. I love working with a variety of different clients every day.

My passion is Olympic weightlifting and power-lifting. These are both sports I do competitively and love helping people when starting out learning to lift.

I have my qualifications in personal training, British Weightlifting, strength and conditioning.
