Five brand new workouts that you can easily complete at home, no equipment required.
Choose from Strength, Core, Cardio and Stretch, plus there’s our Keep Moving workout designed specifically for older adults.
All programmes can be access via the Places Locker App which if you haven’t already got it, is available to download free from Google Play
and the App store
Tracking on the go!
If you’re more of an outdoor exerciser we also have you covered. Places Locker App has an in built GPS tracker so you can track your walk, run or cycle outdoors. Simply navigate to the outdoor activity tracker on the home page, choose your exercise type and hit Start.
At the end of your exercise you’ll be able to see distance travelled, duration, calories burned, pace and average speed. You’ll get timing breakdowns for each kilometre and if you listen carefully whilst out you’ll get an update each kilometre.
